Q2: Why does a "60°C" reading on this heater feel hotter than others?
A2: Temperature readings are entirely dependent on where the sensor is located. Unlike many designs that place sensors near the ceiling, our temperature sensors are located on the heater unit itself, which sits low to the ground. Because it is measuring the cooler air at the bottom of the room, a reading of 60°C on our display actually means the air at heart level is likely 62°C (144°F) or higher, and the top of the sauna room will reach 70°C or higher.
Q3: Can this heater reach 90°C like a traditional Finnish sauna?
A3: No, and that is by design. This heater use Graphene Far-Infrared technology to heat your body directly. Because FIR energy penetrates deep into the skin, you will achieve a more intense sweat at much lower and safer air temperatures (typically 45°C-65°C).
