This policy outlines the shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and terms for all orders placed through GoldenWave Sauna. We strive to provide a transparent and efficient delivery experience for our high-quality sauna products.
1. Shipping Regions & Warehouses
- Primary Warehouse: All U.S. orders are fulfilled from the domestic warehouse facilities.
- Service Areas: We ship to the contiguous United States.
- Excluded Regions: Currently, we do not support shipping to PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP, or PO Boxes.
- International: International shipping is not eligible for free shipping. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, or you may contact us for manual arrangements and shipping quotes (see Section 2).
- Future Expansion: We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage to more markets. Our initial expansion phase is planned to include Canada, Germany, France, UK, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. We will update these terms as these regions become stable for online ordering.
2. Shipping Costs
Retail Orders (U.S.): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all standard retail orders within our supported U.S. service regions.
Wholesale Orders: Freight costs are quoted separately based on order volume and destination.
International (Manual Orders): Shipping fees, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
We know you're excited to start your wellness journey. Here is what to expect:
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Transit Time (U.S.): 3–8 business days via Express or Ground services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately so you can monitor its progress.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or incomplete address information.
4. Large Item Delivery (Curbside)
Since saunas are substantial investments, please note the following for heavy/large items:
Curbside Delivery: Large units typically ship palletized or crated. Delivery is "curbside," meaning the driver will drop the shipment at the end of your driveway or curb.
Signature Required: A signature is generally required upon delivery.
Access Fees: Ensure your location is accessible by large trucks. Additional fees may apply if the carrier cannot reach your site or if redelivery is required.
5. Inspection, Damage & Loss
Important: Please inspect your shipment before the driver leaves.
Inspection at Delivery: For palletized shipments, check for visible damage with the driver present. Note any issues on the Delivery Receipt (BOL).
Reporting Deadlines:
Visible Damage/Shortage: Report to info@goldenwavesauna.com within 48 hours.
Concealed Damage: Report within 5 calendar days.
Lost Packages: Report within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Remedies: We will work with the carrier to provide replacement parts, a full unit replacement, or a refund as applicable. Claims filed outside these windows may limit our ability to provide a remedy.
6. Address Accuracy & Refused Delivery
Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or additional reshipping charges.
Refused/Failed Delivery: If a delivery is refused or fails due to an incorrect address/unclaimed shipment, the customer will be responsible for round-trip freight fees as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
