At GoldenWaveSauna.COM, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to obtain service.
1) Coverage and Term
Free warranty for the earlier of:
12 months from the date of delivery, or
2,000 hours of accumulated use.
After the free warranty ends, lifetime paid maintenance is available (parts and labor at reasonable cost, 5-15 years).
Who is covered: The original purchaser who bought from GoldenWave Sauna(both new and refurbished products) or an authorized channel and can provide proof of purchase. Coverage is non-transferable.
What is covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use per the user manual.
2) What is not covered (Exclusions)
Warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:
Shipping/handling damage or shortages at delivery (these must be reported under our Return & Refund Policy within the stated timelines; they are not warranty).
Damage or failure due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, abnormal operations, inadequate ventilation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, use of non-approved parts, power surges, or incorrect voltage/plug conversions.
Consumables and normal wear items (filters, pads, bulbs/lamps, fuses, cosmetic wear).
Surface or cosmetic issues that do not affect function after 30 days of delivery.
Units with altered or missing serial numbers, or disassembled without authorization from our technical team.
Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquake, flood, lightning, typhoon, war, civil unrest).
3) Warranty Remedies
For valid claims within the coverage term, at our option we will:
Provide replacement parts at no charge; or
Perform depot repair; or
Provide a replacement unit of equal or better specifications if repair is not feasible.
Refunds are not a standard warranty remedy and, if considered, may be pro-rated by age/usage.
4) Costs and Shipping Responsibility
Within 30 days of delivery: Issues are handled under the Return & Refund Policy (RMA required).
After 30 days and within warranty term:
We supply necessary replacement parts at no charge.
If depot repair is authorized, customer ships the unit to our service address; we cover ground return shipping within the contiguous U.S. after repair. (We will first attempt to resolve all issues via replacement parts and remote technical support to minimize shipping needs.)
Damage due to exclusions is billable. If the returned unit is “no fault found,” inspection and return freight may be charged.
5) How to Obtain Warranty Service (RMA Required)
Contact us at info@goldenwavesauna.com with: order number, serial number, detailed description, and photos/video of the issue and installation environment.
Our technicians may request troubleshooting steps.
If covered, we will issue an RMA number and provide return/service instructions.
Do not ship any product until you receive an RMA. Packages without an RMA may be refused.
Typical diagnosis response: 1–2 business days after receiving complete information. Repair/turnaround times vary by parts availability.
6) Relation to Other Policies
Shipping damage/shortages and wrong item claims must follow the timelines in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy (e.g., visible freight damage reported within 48 hours).
Warranty does not replace or extend return windows. Once a warranty remedy is provided, the claim cannot be processed in parallel as a return.
7) Extended Warranty (Optional)
Paid extended warranty plans may be available for certain models. See the product page or contact support for options and pricing.
8) Limitations and Disclaimers
Our products are intended for general wellness and are not medical devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for warranty claims is limited to the remedies above and will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
